They dropped everything and showed a house for us hours after asking them and meeting them. They helped every step of the way to meet us the next day and make an offer. They helped us negotiate as well in that stressful time period. If you need a realtor that is extremely accommodating, especially last minute, they are very reliable. They have such wonderful hearts to go above and beyond for their clients and for us especially. We had a few issues removing heavy items from the house on closing day, and Tim was already on it and had his truck and loaded and unloaded the same day as closing. They are extremely patient, especially when I ran behind. You can tell that they are just great people from the core.
